Thanks to Simon for recommending the fenix e18r to me, the ability to have a moonlight setting is great, and the 350 lumens medium brightness also beats the v1 150 lumens well.

Fantastic light. Not sure why the magnetic charging was changed on this new model. However, it's brighter and I like the 1 lumen firefly. The construction is solid. And the best part the user interface is simple compared to my armytek lights. Will keep this in my car as I have tons of usb c charging cables. Feels solid in hand. Color scheme is perfect as I like fde and black. Great price point too.
