Lumintop Ant Man Thor Mini 165 Lumens 590 Meters 14500 LEP Mini Flashlight

The Ant Man mini LEP is a well made product. All of the machining and finish is precise. Threaded portions are smooth as well. Not really a “flashlight” for up close use (like to unlock a house door) since the light it very focused and intense. It’s useful to put a focused light pattern at realistic distance up to ~100 yards (in my experience). Yes it can throw farther but starts to wash out. I would recommend, just remember to order a charger (sold separately) if you don’t already have one.

I've only recently been looking at LEP lights.The Ant Man was priced in the range I wanted to spend on a small light. For the size it outshines at long distance any of my LED edc flashlights.

I absolutely love this little light! Excellent build quality. Bright as heck. Despite its tiny size, almost defies the inverse square laws of light. It's about two thirds the size of my PD36TAC which is my normal EDC, and it makes this light an EDC too because I carry it everywhere in a jeans pocket. Have LEP, will travel. Measures 94,000 lux right at the meter, 121 lux on a wall 60 feet away at work in our install bay. The Fenix PD36TAC at 3,000 lumens is 55 lux, although it lights up the entire 20x20 foot endwall of the shop. It reaches an easy 500 feet, and never fails to amaze how far that spot will light up stuff. Survives falls too, because (DAMMIT!!) I fumble-fingered it onto concrete and put some small marks into the case, but it still works great. I measure the beam width at 2.4 degrees, and that puts a spot about 6 feet across at 175 feet away. Nice for checking the perimeter of my property at night.

The size of this Laser Excited Phosphor is amazing. I carry it every day. Not as much power as larger LEP lights but for the size it's fantastic!
