This light is a very impressive level of achievement. I thought a traditional emitter and reflector could not compare to an LEP (Laser Enhanced Phosphor) in terms of tight beam and throw. The MT90P is remarkably more impressive. Of course to house such a large reflector the total package is very large. Impressive light to add to an enthusiasts collection or for serious outdoor night searches. This light should have an optional helicopter mount as this would be a good search light for that purpose-LOL. Getting this in unfinished Al feels like having an engineering pre-release example of this great light source which makes this cool (Thanks Nielsgadgets). Will go down as one of my favorites of all time. The machining on this is extensive and very good for this price. Was very impressed with the 3D CNC profiling of the finger grips of the fan/handle part and that manufacturing took the time for that in the design. The concept of the fan blowing on the head fins is very simple but actually very effective. I like it more now after trying it. This is also my first experience with the SBT90.2 emitter. Very impressive and this light certainly demonstrates the capabilities of this LED extremely well
