For it's size, this tiny light packs a wallop! (literally, it's smaller than a finger, yet can put-out 1,000 lumens) The instruction manual is easy to comprehend. I feel this light makes for a great "everyday carry light" or a great gift (because it won't get in the way, for someone who might not normally carry a flashlight) I'd recommend this light to friends & family.

This is by far the best pocket/keychain light out there. The output is incredible and easy to charge up and carry. I have 2 other Rovyvon lights and they are great but this is the best!

For the longest time my trusty M1 Maverick was my edc, but the rovyvon a23 is better. I find that late at night and outside, particularly during meteor shower season, the half lumen output is the best for night vision. Plus, the 1000 lumen output has come in handy. The only thing I don't like about these flashlights in general is that rechargeable lights continuously discharge over time and you need to keep up with the charging.
